    Fairbanks residents Marin Kuizenga and Jeff Merkel visiting Anchorage   Jeff: We come to Anchorage at least once a year. On a good day we think, "...breathtaking mountains, bike trails, good restaurants, and Costco. Why do we live in Fairbanks?"   
Marin: And I "Why come to Anchorage? It is The Big City. On a good day, it's so dang beautiful plus the ocean, the incredible gardens, the museum. In the end though we are happy to return to the nice people and slower life in Fairbanks."

    "Little Father" Fr. Sergious Gerken travels the country visiting centenarians.  And, while he once headed the Russian Orthadox church in Calistoga, he now lives and practices in Hernando, Florida.  Farther Gerken spent eight years at the Simonopetra Monastery at Mt.
